About
Dubbed by American Songwriter Magazine as a “supergroup,” Los Angeles’ Sons of Silver are a neo-classic rock ‘n’ roll force infused with apocalyptic post-punk energy. The band features singer/guitarist Peter Argyropoulos, bassist Adam Kury, guitarist Kevin Haaland, drummer Marc Slutsky, and keyboardist Brina Kabler.
Their debut full-length album, Runaway Emotions (January 2025), has earned widespread acclaim. Classic Rock called it “fully formed ‘big’ music, purpose-designed for large crowds and larger arenas,” while New Noise praised its “multiplexity of soaring vocals, alternative rock, and riffs. Every song pours emotion and energy.” It follows two EPs—2020’s Doomsday Noises (which landed three songs on the Billboard Active Rock chart) and 2022’s Ordinary Sex Appeal.
Sons of Silver also dropped a live EP 7 Cities 7 Songs (October 3, 2025), capturing the raw energy from their 2025 Art of Letting Go Tour with Myles Kennedy and Tim Montana. They have also shared the stage with Dogstar, further cementing their live reputation. Folk N Rock noted, “I think the riffs sound phenomenal here, with a strong clarity that gives the performance its live action energy. For a live cut, the recording feels immaculate.”
Even as they showcase their onstage fire, the band is already deep in the studio, crafting new material slated for 2026.
